Sales Representative
Woodlot is seeking an ambitious, capable and highly organized sales representative to work with our wholesale sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales leads that come in through the Woodlot website or social media
- Make sales calls to potential retailers
- Onboard House Accounts by sending welcome emails and setting them up on the CRM platform
- Create unique content for sales materials and maintain a high-level understanding of consumer behaviour related to this content
- Coordinating with courier companies on inbound and outbound shipments
- Update and manage B2B e-commerce platform
- Assist with communication with both Sales Reps and Customers, within the organization and externally
- Prepare and plan educational training sessions and trade shows ie: trade show logistics, merchandising, coordinating sampling, organizing e-commerce photography needs, etc
- Qualify and escalate incoming leads and opportunities to the appropriate individuals within the organization as required;
- Preparing presentations, quotes, email templates, and sales/marketing documents.
- General office admin support for the CEO and COO
- Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure sales initiatives run smoothly
Daily Responsibilities:
- Development of retailer outreach lists
- Email & Phone Outreach (New Retailers)
- Retailer Follow-up
- Onboarding of new retailers (Set-up)
- Manage CRM System
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries
- Development of segmented sales content (Emails, videos, social, sales materials, educational materials)
- Preparation of sales materials
- Assist with providing sales reps updates, reports, respond to their inquiries
- Preparation of events, education series
- Sales Research & Management of Sales Spreadsheets
